Important Reminders

  • Proper attire is requested for all concert attendees. Shorts and flip-flops are not allowed.

  • The auditorium temperature is variable. We suggest bringing a sweater or similar garment, just in case.

  • Please refrain from perfume use as there are many patrons who are allergic. 

  • Minimize walking distance, and help us prevent traffic congestion by carpooling.

  • Will call pickup begins 1 hour prior to the beginning of a performance.

  • Performances begin at the listed times. Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the ushers.

  • Concerts are approximately 2 hours long with a brief intermission halfway through the performance.

Exchanges

If a conflict arises with one of the performances, a free exchange for an alternate date is possible, based upon availability. A ticket exchange must be processed at least 24 hours in advance of the concert date.

Refunds

​

Excluding group sales, any Series or Special Event refund requests received before December 31, 2022 will be honored without a service charge. After that time, again, excluding group sales, credits will be issued for requests received at least one week prior to respective concert dates. Special circumstances outside of this policy will be considered at the discretion of Customer Service.
