To help ensure the safety of all, Spanish River Concerts requires Proof of Vaccination (including the booster) to attend any of our events.  Please submit your Proof of Vaccination as soon as possible by one of the following methods.  We appreciate your cooperation in this matter, and look forward to seeing you soon!

Option 1:  Using your iPhone or Android phone

                 Take a photo of your Vaccination Card(s) with your smartphone, and email 

                 it to us at vax@spanishriverconcerts.org.  We will reply to your email to let you                             know that we have received your proof of vaccination.  If you need detailed                                   instructions on how to send us the photo using an iPhone, click here.  For an

                 Android phone, click here. Please note: We require proof of vaccination for each

                 member of your party. Every email message must contain in the Subject line the

                 name of the person who purchased the tickets.

Option 2:  You can mail us a copy of your Vaccination Card(s).  

                  Send it/them to:   Spanish River Concerts, PO Box 831, Westford, MA 01886          

Option 3:  You can fax us a copy of your Vaccination Card(s).  

                  If you have access to a fax machine, you may send your proof of vaccination to us                    at the following number:  561.244.0560.  Please include your name and phone                          number on the fax cover sheet.                  

Remember, we need to receive your proof of vaccination,
including the booster, prior to you attending an event!
