Viewing Instructions

Before each new production is scheduled to become available, you will receive an email from us with the necessary search phrase. 
 
Please note: If you purchased multiple subscriptions under your name, please share this information with those for whom you purchased subscriptions so they can also enjoy the concerts virtually.

If you have a Comcast/Xfinity voice-control remote: Press and hold the blue microphone button while saying: “YouTube". If opening the app brings you to a Sign-In screen, press “Skip”. Then while holding down the blue microphone button, say the search phrase provided. After a few seconds when the search completes, use the arrow keys on the remote to highlight our YouTube channel icon, which is an aqua colored circle with an uppercase S in white font in the center. Once you're in our YouTube channel, use the arrow keys on the remote to highlight the icon that displays the appropriate show title. Once the video is highlighted, press the “Okay” button, which is in the center of the four arrow buttons on the remote. 

For other streaming devices: Select the YouTube app on your TV. This method will work if you have Apple TV, Amazon Firestick, Roku, a smart TV, or any other device that runs apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, etc. Look for the YouTube icon on the app screen. If your remote has voice search, simply press the voice search button and say: "YouTube". If opening the app brings you to a Sign-In screen, press “Skip” and then type or say the given search phrase. After a few seconds when the search completes, use the arrow keys on the remote to highlight our YouTube channel icon, which is an aqua colored circle with an uppercase S in white font located in the center (see below). Press the Select button to go to our channel. Once you are in our YouTube channel, select use the arrow keys on the remote to highlight the icon that displays the appropriate show title. Once the video is highlighted, press the “Okay” button, which is usually in the center of the four arrow buttons on the remote.

 

Desktop Computer/Other Mobile Devices: Click on the link provided in each email notification to go directly to the video.
