What safety precautions are you taking in response to COVID-19?
Our members’ safety and peace of mind is our highest priority. The results of questionnaires conducted over the summer enabled us to determine the necessary safety precautions for this season. For 2023, all Monday night concerts will be mask optional, while all Tuesday night concerts will require attendees to wear suitable masks.
In previous seasons, I had purchased tickets with a group. Do I need to speak to the group leader to make a reservation? Will groups still be able to sit together?
If your community has a group leader or coordinator, please contact that person directly. If you would like to become part of a group and are unsure if your community has a group leader, please call us at 800.716.6975. We are doing our best to accommodate group seating and all other special seating requests.
Can I exchange tickets for an alternate date?
Yes, if a conflict arises with one of the performances, a free exchange for an alternate date is possible, based upon availability.
Can I purchase tickets to an individual concert, or do I need to purchase a series?
Yes, series concerts will be available for individual purchase toward the end of December. Please note: a series subscription is a great value if you are considering purchasing for more than one of the concerts in the series. Purchasing as a series enables you to get the best seats and ensures you the same seats for all concerts.
Are there any discounts on purchasing tickets?
Yes, the series price is more cost effective than buying individual concerts. Beyond that, there are a couple of ways to save even more. Groups of 10+ will receive a 10% discount off Series and Special Events pricing, and subscribers save 10% off all Special Event tickets when purchased with a series subscription (these two discounts cannot be combined).
What is your refund policy?
We offer a liberal refund policy. Excluding group sales, any Series or Special Event refund requests received before December 31, 2022 will be honored without a service charge. After that time, again, excluding group sales, credits will be issued for requests received at least one week prior to respective concert dates. Special circumstances will be considered at the discretion of Customer Service.
Will you be offering matinee or weekend performances?
No, unfortunately we will not be offering matinee or weekend options for 2023.
