What safety precautions are you taking in response to COVID-19?
Our members’ safety and peace of mind is our highest priority. We are tracking and observing CDC guidelines for current and evolving guidance. We suggest that you regularly check the Covid Safety page of this website, which you can review by clicking here.
Are you requiring all attendees to be fully vaccinated?
Yes, we will be requiring proof of vaccination, including the booster, for all attendees. More details are available on the Covid Safety page of this website, which you can review by clicking here.
Are you requiring attendees to wear masks, regardless of vaccination status?
At this time, we will be requiring everyone to wear a mask when inside our venue, with the exception of individuals exempt for health reasons (documentation required). We are following CDC guidelines regarding mask recommendations. If there are policy changes, we will notify all members directly and update this website.
Will you be offering socially distanced seating?
Yes, we will have physically distanced seating. In all tiers, we will ensure that there is one empty seat between parties across each row. In addition, in the Preferred and Value tiers, we will only use every other row, thus leaving added space between occupied rows.
In previous seasons, I had purchased tickets with a group. Do I need to speak to the group leader to make a reservation? Will groups still be able to sit together?
If your community has a group leader or coordinator, please contact that person directly. If you would like to become part of a group and are unsure if your community has a group leader, please call us at 800.716.6975. We are doing our best to accommodate group seating and all other special seating requests.
Will you be offering a virtual season in 2022?
Yes, we are pleased to be able to provide online access for ticketed members (at no additional cost) to each of the 2022 productions. An option for only online access can be purchased through our online ordering page, and is $188 for all 6 concerts.
Can I exchange tickets for an alternate date?
Yes, if a conflict arises with one of the performances, an exchange for an alternate date is possible, based upon availability. Fees may be waived at the discretion of the Customer Service manager.
Can I purchase tickets to an individual concert, or do I need to purchase a series?
Yes, you can purchase tickets on an individual basis. Individual tickets will be available to purchase just prior to the beginning of the concert season in late December. We will notify all members subscribed to our email list when tickets go on sale. Please note: a series subscription is a great value if you are considering purchasing for more than one of the concerts in the series, and allows you to have the same seats for the entire season; generally, these seats are better than those available for individual purchase.
Are there any discounts on purchasing tickets?
Yes, there are a couple of ways to save. Groups of 10+ will receive a 10% discount off Series and Special Events pricing, and subscribers save 10% off all Special Event tickets when purchased with a series subscription. Discounts cannot be combined.
What is your refund policy?
Especially because of the changing conditions due to Covid, we offer a liberal refund policy. Excluding group sales, any Series or Special Event refund requests received before December 31, 2021 will be honored without a service charge. After that time, again, excluding group sales, refunds will be issued for requests received at least one week prior to respective concert dates. Refunds outside of this policy will be at the discretion of the Customer Service manager, who will make every effort to honor such requests.
Will you be offering matinee or weekend performances?
No, unfortunately we will not be offering matinee or weekend options for 2022; however, an online subscription may be a good option for those who are unable to attend evening performances.
