Please note:  If you would like to exchange your tickets, please provide the following information:

• The current concert date and name

• The new date you would like to attend

• The seat assignments listed on your tickets

• If the reservation was made by someone else, the name of the person who made the reservation

Once we receive this information, we will process your ticket exchange as soon as possible. If there is any additional cost associated with the exchange or if further information is needed, we will contact you by phone.
